Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI interfaces and internal tools.
- Design, maintain, and optimize automated frontend UI/UX and backend API test suites.
- Validate secure authentication flows, XSS/CSRF protections, encryption standards, and data integrity.
- Drive unit-testing guidance, end-to-end automation, QA best practices, and quality-first practices.
- Define quality gates, technical KPIs, and quality metrics for software reliability and performance.
- Identify, document, and track defects while coordinating with developers to prevent regressions.
- Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate scalability and system stability.
- Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with modern testing tools and advanced API testing.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript, with familiarity with Java and Spring Boot backend environments.
- Expertise in testing secure authentication flows and compliance with relevant standards.
- Mastery of Git and extensive experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira.
- Ability to implement unit-testing and complex end-to-end automation strategies.
- Ability to define rigorous quality gates and balance software quality with delivery velocity.
- Proficiency establishing and monitoring technical KPIs and quality metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with GitLab Pipelines or similar CI tools, SQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, performance and load testing, and cybersecurity audit practices.
