Base Salary
$214k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-native applications and tools that accelerate go-to-market operations, including pipeline management, performance analysis, and workflow automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions, then prototype, ship, and maintain them.
- Own systems end to end across frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, automation pipelines, and AI orchestration layers.
- Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency while reducing manual work.
- Design, evaluate, and iterate prompts for AI-powered systems to improve output reliability and quality.
- Lead projects, document design decisions and tradeoffs, communicate progress, and support teammate growth.
Requirements
- Around 8 years of professional software engineering experience or comparable depth, with full-stack expertise in React/TypeScript plus backend and database development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and building applications with LLMs, AI APIs, or modern AI frameworks.
- Experience designing and owning internal platforms or operational systems end to end.
- Familiarity with deployment and infrastructure platforms such as Supabase and Vercel.
- Strong product intuition, architecture skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience leading projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Preferred experience includes Salesforce or HubSpot, marketplace or high-growth SaaS environments, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, embedding-based search, and Snowflake.
