Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and implement secure enterprise Mobile Device Management solutions for phones, tablets, laptops, and other mobility devices.
- Ensure mobile platforms meet cybersecurity, configuration, compliance, and accreditation requirements across Department of War and Intelligence Community environments.
- Integrate mobile solutions with enterprise authentication, identity, security, monitoring, and network services.
- Test, validate, and document mobile configurations, updates, and system changes before deployment.
- Troubleshoot advanced configuration, security control, certificate, and connectivity issues across mobile devices, networks, and platforms.
- Evaluate and engineer emerging mobile technologies to support modernization efforts.
- Maintain mobile-device security and compliance through patch deployment, vulnerability response, and ongoing health and posture monitoring.
- Support IATT/ATO activities and work within the Risk Management Framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements, such as Security+ CE.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
- Experience engineering or administering MDM solutions in enterprise or Department of War/Intelligence Community environments.
- Strong experience with mobile security, authentication, compliance controls, and secure device configuration.
- Experience supporting IATT/ATO activities and working within the Risk Management Framework.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mobile-device, security, and connectivity issues across networks and platforms.
- US citizenship required.
