Base Salary
$75k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop SQL and PL/SQL programs to extract employee, payroll, benefits, compensation, position, and organizational data from PeopleSoft HRMS and Oracle EBS HCM.
- Map legacy HR schemas and custom fields to Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader formats.
- Build PeopleSoft Application Designer and Application Engine processes for mock migrations and final cutover.
- Develop Oracle EBS concurrent programs and extraction packages.
- Create SQR reports, validation queries, profiling processes, and reconciliation procedures to verify data completeness, integrity, quality, and EHRI compliance.
- Maintain PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS extraction environments, including schema refreshes, access management, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with agency administrators, document extraction and mapping specifications, and support go-live cutover activities.
- Communicate technical approaches, progress, and issues with project stakeholders and Agile Release Train teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, with additional experience allowed in place of the degree.
- At least five years of experience in database development, data extraction, or database administration for enterprise HR systems.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and/or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, including complex extraction queries against large HR databases.
- Experience mapping legacy HR schemas to target formats for migration projects and performing data validation, profiling, and quality assessment.
- Knowledge of HR data domains including demographics, job history, position management, compensation, and benefits.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, iterative migration, and mock conversion approaches.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include seven or more years of legacy HR extraction and migration experience, federal modernization experience, PeopleTools expertise, Oracle DBA certification, EHRI knowledge, Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader experience, large-scale migration experience, and Oracle Cloud technology experience.
