Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications.
- Drive architectural governance and platform convergence initiatives.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer outcomes and organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist, mentor, and provide technical direction to development teams.
- Lead technical conversations, design sessions, code reviews, and architectural modernization efforts.
- Communicate with executive leadership, stakeholders, peers, and development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, enhancing, scaling, and improving reliable systems.
- Fluency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectures and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture and protocols, including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
