Responsibilities
- Design and build core components of the AI platform.
- Lead the development of scalable, reliable systems.
- Improve the platform by evolving systems and development practices.
- Write code for back end processes and tooling.
- Research technologies and engineer complete solutions.
- Propose and implement performance optimizations.
- Integrate projects into the application with the team.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes.
- Mentor and guide engineers to enhance technical quality.
- Apply business needs to technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in web development.
- Experience in service development using PHP, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong object-oriented development skills.
- Proficiency in MySQL and database design.
- Familiarity with version control software, preferably Git.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for local development.
- Excellent communication skills in various formats.
