Responsibilities
- Drive key projects to power the AI/ML platform from development to adoption.
- Build tooling to leverage Strava’s unique fitness and geo datasets.
- Launch and maintain product experiences for millions of users.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to understand their needs.
- Stay updated with the latest research in machine learning and AI.
Requirements
- Experience with platform-level problems and developing user-focused tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies like LangChain and MCP servers.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as FastAPI, MLflow, and Kubeflow.
- Proficient in building and supporting software in cloud environments like AWS.
- Knowledge of data technologies including Pandas, Spark, and SQL.
