Responsibilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing processes and product rollouts into production.
- Create, execute, document, and maintain test scripts and test plans.
- Perform automated and manual testing of web application functionality, quality, and performance.
- Conduct user acceptance and quality control tests, log defects, and retest software corrections.
- Provide development teams with detailed information about failures and clarify requirements when needed.
- Work with IT on production-environment testing when required.
- Collaborate with designers, Product Owners, development teams, and users to identify risks and translate product requirements into effective tests.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant testing experience is preferred.
- Experience in software application testing and knowledge of applications supporting the testing process.
- Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience; relevant professional or technical studies in computer science, software engineering, computer systems, or a related field are required.
- Knowledge of relational databases, HTML, JavaScript technologies, and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of automated front-end web testing processes, technologies, and methodologies is preferred.
- Experience validating user-story acceptance against development deliverables is preferred.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Professional recently graduated or in the final semesters of a relevant professional or technical program.
