Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver automation solutions aligned with product and client requirements.
- Create and maintain underwriting rules, automation logic, supporting components, and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, test suites, regression packs, and test plans.
- Execute testing and validation, participate in UAT and release validation, and resolve defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Apply automation and RPA technologies to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with product, underwriting, technology, and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Contribute to Magnum product enhancements, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or quality engineering.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services IT environments.
- Programming experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.
- Experience with test design, execution, defect management, web technologies, API testing, and SQL databases.
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Preferred experience with automation and RPA tools, especially UiPath.
- Preferred hands-on experience with BDD, Selenium, Postman, or Visual Studio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
