Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver automation solutions aligned with product strategy and client requirements.
- Produce functional and technical specifications and maintain underwriting rules, automation logic, and supporting components.
- Apply automation and RPA technologies to streamline business processes and contribute to Magnum product enhancements.
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, regression test packs, automated testing frameworks, and test suites.
- Validate development outcomes, participate in UAT and release validation, and identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with product, underwriting, technology, and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or quality engineering.
- Experience working in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services IT environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with test design, execution, and defect management.
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with web technologies, API testing, and SQL databases.
- Preferred experience with automation and RPA tools, especially UiPath, and test automation tools such as BDD, Selenium, Postman, and Visual Studio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills in a global multicultural environment.
