Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production software systems.
- Own significant technical projects from architecture through deployment.
- Develop scalable services, APIs, infrastructure, and internal tooling.
- Solve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical requirements.
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews.
- Improve engineering quality, observability, and operational practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Experience operating production systems.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, high-scale distributed systems, startup or scale-up environments, GPU systems, or data-intensive systems is nice to have.
- Fluent English is required.
