Responsibilities
- Lead technical streams for Guidewire implementation projects.
- Develop and implement solutions using Java and Guidewire.
- Communicate and coordinate with onsite project coordinators.
- Plan and monitor project deliverables.
- Mentor project team members during project execution.
- Travel to customer locations when needed.
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, science, or another technical qualification.
- At least 4 years of experience in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
- Experience in Java and Guidewire development.
- Understanding of JVM technologies and the surrounding ecosystem.
- Familiarity with coding practices such as Clean Code and Design Patterns.
- Strong communication and business communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a Guidewire Technical Lead and guide other team members.
