Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks.
- Create and execute automated test scripts and improve automation coverage.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements to create test designs and test cases.
- Perform manual functional, regression, sanity, and smoke testing when required.
- Execute tests, identify defects, document them, and track them using JIRA.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Follow QA processes and perform root cause analysis while recommending quality improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide status updates and test reports.
Requirements
- Three years of experience with Python-based test automation frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test case design techniques such as boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
