Responsibilities
- Build and maintain self-service developer tooling, CLIs, libraries, templates, and internal platform capabilities.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, automated tests, and AI evaluation quality gates.
- Author infrastructure-as-code modules and deploy workloads across AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker using GitOps.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing, and operational telemetry with participation in on-call and incident response.
- Apply platform security, secrets management, policy-as-code, vulnerability remediation, and confidentiality controls.
- Support AI platform capabilities including model access, retrieval, model gateways, agent orchestration, and evaluation workflows.
- Write automation, maintain runbooks and documentation, and collaborate with platform and development teams.
Requirements
- Production-quality coding proficiency in Go and Python, plus PowerShell or Bash, with Git, pull requests, code review, and automated testing.
- Working proficiency with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins for pipelines as code.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and GitOps concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure and Kubernetes or Docker.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, ELK, or OpenTelemetry and basic SRE practices.
- Exposure to test automation, policy-as-code, and platform security practices.
- Five or more years of experience in platform, DevOps, infrastructure, or software engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting business-critical systems; professional-services, legal, or regulated-environment experience is ideal.
- ITIL knowledge, Lean or Agile experience, and AWS/Azure or Certified Kubernetes Administrator certifications are preferred.
