Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer vision and pain points.
- Ensure Chainguard Images are of the highest quality and document onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer requirements.
- Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate and learn from the Chainguard team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
- 2+ years of experience in a pre or post-sales customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate technical information to various audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong working experience with software development processes and design concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
