Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for complex government and defense engagements across classified networks, DDIL environments, Impact Levels 2–6, and JWICS.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point and primary client-facing authority for senior customer stakeholders.
- Architect, deploy, harden, update, troubleshoot, and sustain Game Warden and integrated customer workloads.
- Deploy secure Kubernetes-based infrastructure across customer cloud and on-premises environments.
- Lead and mentor Forward Deployed and DevSecOps Engineers, conduct design reviews, and establish scalable technical standards and playbooks.
- Translate field experience and customer operational challenges into engineering and product roadmap priorities.
- Drive accreditation and continuous ATO outcomes, including evidence validation, remediation of findings, and support for customer audits and security reviews.
- Implement configuration management, security documentation, monitoring, incident response, and audit-ready evidence across engagements.
- Travel to customer locations for deployments, operational exercises, integration, training, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in systems deployment, DevSecOps, or platform engineering in regulated or classified government environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, mission-critical deployments and customer-facing technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud/Commercial, Microsoft Azure Government, Google Cloud, and infrastructure-as-code for DoD Impact Levels 2–6 and JWICS environments.
- Expertise securing Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent container platforms, including image hardening, admission controls, network policies, and runtime security.
- Experience implementing ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana for observability, incident response, penetration-test remediation, and operations.
- Expert-level Linux administration, including Talos and Red Hat, plus Kubernetes deployment and maintenance across cloud platforms and varied hardware.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Go, Rust, Python, or Bash, including development of internal tooling.
- Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical design reviews, or serving as a technical lead on customer engagements.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility, with active clearance strongly preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
