Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features and AI solutions on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
- Work directly with business users day to day to build solutions collaboratively.
- Maintain quality through testing and evaluations of everything that ships.
- Follow direction from the Solution Architect and identify gaps in the design.
- Work as part of a forward-deployed pod while the Solution Architect owns design and the Engagement Manager owns scheduling.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience building software or AI.
- Proficiency with Python and AWS or Azure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on building ability and comfort working directly with business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with RAG and agent systems.
- Preferred exposure to agentic DevOps tooling, agentic coding tools, and evaluation-driven pipelines.
- Front-end development skills are preferred.
- Healthcare or higher education experience is preferred.
- AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102 certification is preferred.
- Must meet the stated FDE-ready floor of Embedding L3 with AI L3 at day 0.
Benefits
- Estimated base salary of $115,000–$140,000 CAD per year.
- Eligible for Huron's annual incentive compensation program, with total estimated compensation of $132,250–$161,000 CAD including the incentive opportunity.
