Responsibilities
- Serve as the top field expert in application and cloud-native security and provide field-informed feedback to Product Management.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities by demonstrating the business and technical value of the Wiz platform.
- Support solutions engineers and prospects during proof-of-concept processes, including advanced use cases, installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Lead thought leadership sessions for field teams based on customer engagement insights.
- Assist with messaging and selling Wiz platform capabilities to prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in core IT, information security, cloud, and DevOps concepts.
- Proven career experience focused on public cloud architecture with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep practical knowledge of application security, including ASPM, SAST, DAST, SCA, and SBOM use cases involving SPDX and CycloneDX.
- Proficiency in one or more high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, and/or advanced shell scripting.
- Experience coding and understanding developer workflows involving Git, CI/CD, Helm, and Terraform.
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of Kubernetes and containers, including the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex environments.
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical developer audiences and executive stakeholders such as CISOs and CTOs.
- Full professional fluency in German, written and verbal; an additional European language is preferred.
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based without visa sponsorship.
