Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support features for high-performance electronic trading platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production trading systems for stability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to cloud adoption and microservices architecture modernization.
- Improve system availability, latency, performance, scalability, and capacity management.
- Drive automation across development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Enhance observability and site reliability capabilities through monitoring and operational practices.
- Participate in adopting AI-powered development tools and data analysis solutions.
- Work with global teams in a fast-paced, business-critical environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, software design, and programming principles.
- Proven experience developing production-grade applications in C++.
- Experience with Java and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Good Linux/Unix knowledge.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders and drive initiatives independently.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
