Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications to align solutions with business requirements.
- Adapt application features, manage releases, and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to integrate and support application solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Collaborate with teams, support team decisions, and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Conga CLM.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Conga CLM.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience integrating APIs and low-code platforms.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
