Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related Salesforce DevOps tooling.
- Manage Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Support Git version control, branching strategies, and Salesforce development and release workflows.
- Coordinate release orchestration, environment management, backups, rollback processes, and release governance.
- Partner with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and release stakeholders to improve deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, Salesforce metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
- Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks and document release procedures, checklists, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including deployment and release management.
- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
- Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Change Sets, Metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Copado Fundamentals or advanced Copado certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or related Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise delivery environments and knowledge of test automation and release-governance practices are preferred.
