Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schemas, migrations, and performance.
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems.
- Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional product team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional backend development experience using Go, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with coding agents and an open mindset toward AI-assisted software development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments is preferred.
