Responsibilities
- Own the quality vision and roadmap for an online experimentation platform.
- Build test automation and frameworks to scale testing effectively.
- Write code, develop test plans, and perform hands-on testing from devices through UI.
- Establish organization-wide quality practices, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with engineers, product teams, project managers, and senior leaders to deliver reliable, scalable customer-facing experiences.
- Drive cross-functional communication and a culture of quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience with cross-functional leadership involving engineers, leaders, and project managers.
- Hands-on experience testing devices, daemons, or command-line tools.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: experience with test automation, CI/CD, Objective-C, Swift, Apple technologies, resource-constrained devices, and full-stack work across frontend, server, and database systems.
- Preferred: strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and results orientation.
