Responsibilities
- Own the backend architecture and implementation for the Startale App.
- Design, build, and operate scalable production APIs and backend services.
- Construct and maintain high-performance distributed systems for large user traffic.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and event-driven architectures.
- Build blockchain integration and indexing systems for on-chain data processing.
- Ensure long-term scalability through efficient schema design and query optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with advanced English proficiency.
- Experience building and operating backend systems for high-traffic environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multifunctional applications in a large-scale to-C product.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and modern backend frameworks like NestJS or Express.
- Deep practical experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience in building systems that process large amounts of structured and event-driven data.
- Experience in observability, monitoring, and incident response in production environments.
