Responsibilities
- Develop and lead CI/CD pipelines with Central DevOps to update existing capabilities and support new features.
- Integrate source code and automation frameworks into release, integration, and deployment pipelines for multiple delivery teams.
- Maintain cloud and application environments, including tagging, rightsizing, utilization, documentation, and performance monitoring.
- Document platform and application deployment, recovery, and support requirements.
- Promote engineering excellence through automation, code reviews, continuous integration and delivery, performance tuning, mentorship, and peer reviews.
- Optimize production systems for performance, scalability, and security while supporting infrastructure and platform modernization.
- Collaborate with business and engineering partners to deliver products, services, improvements, and solutions aligned with customer and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Experience with DevSecOps and AWS cloud services, including EC2, VPC, CloudFront, WAF, ALB, Route 53, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, ADFS, ElastiCache, and Elastic Beanstalk.
- Knowledge of Jira, Asana, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Git, GitLab Runner, SonarQube, and Confluence.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, scripting languages such as Bash or Python, and testing frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG.
- Understanding of SSO technologies including SAML and OAuth2.
- Strong Linux and/or Windows background and experience configuring CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Bitbucket, Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent provisioning, configuration-management, and source-control tools.
- Knowledge of AWS security practices for data at rest and in transit, including SSE-KMS, security policies, and cryptographic protocols.
- A BE/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another STEM field is desirable.
- Strong English reading and writing, communication, technical, learning, and problem-solving skills; Agile-related certifications are preferred.
