Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy infrastructure and platform environments and create proof-of-architecture models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and on-premises systems.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
- Apply cloud security, scalability, reliability, automation, and performance-validation practices.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, solve work-related problems, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud environment management.
- Knowledge of performance testing and validation techniques for cloud solutions.
