Responsibilities
- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure.
- Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage cloud environments and container orchestration technologies.
- Monitor system performance and improve reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment workflows and infrastructure.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team problem-solving.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
