Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain applications using the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with CRM systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP CRM.
- Document system configurations, call flows, integrations, and data actions.
- Troubleshoot Genesys Cloud issues and identity issues involving upstream and downstream applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Work independently on complex, large-scope projects and may mentor less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience.
- Hands-on development experience with the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
- Integration experience with CRM systems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP CRM.
- Experience documenting call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions, and other system configurations.
- Experience troubleshooting Genesys Cloud and upstream or downstream application issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
