Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, implementation, and production support of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Act as a technical point of contact for customer stakeholders and lead incident management, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.
- Develop and support Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce integrations, platform capabilities, and offline mobile solutions.
- Deliver Consumer Goods Cloud implementations for field sales and store execution, including offline access, synchronization, conflict handling, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership through solution design, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, CI/CD, release management, deployments, and environment management.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of Salesforce experience, including Technical Lead experience and the ability to independently own technical solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Strong experience with Salesforce mobile and offline solutions, including synchronization, caching, connectivity constraints, data conflicts, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, performance optimization, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Experience delivering Consumer Goods Cloud solutions for field sales and store execution, designing reusable Lightning Web Components, supporting offline mobile users, and collaborating with business, product, operations, and IT stakeholders are preferred.
