Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver AWS-based cloud solutions and platform capabilities.
- Enhance environments, services, and deployment processes for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain secure, reliable, and frequent-release CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and accelerate service delivery.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents, infrastructure failures, and performance issues.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen platform resilience.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Support teams on resilient architectures and customer solutions.
- Apply security and compliance best practices across AWS environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting cloud infrastructure, automation solutions, and DevOps platforms in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions from concept through deployment and operational support.
