Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure agent-driven services and systems.
  • Develop infrastructure and high-throughput APIs for agent memory, communication channels, skills, decision logic, security, and workflow management.
  • Integrate agents with backend services, data stores, vector databases, search and retrieval systems, and external APIs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver production-ready agent software.
  • Ensure reliability, monitoring, observability, metrics, logging, fault tolerance, and CI/CD for agent components.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and rigorous code reviews.
  • Build frontend tooling around agent management interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Contribute to open-source agent toolkits or SDKs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of Python experience in production environments.
  • Proficiency in native agentic coding through daily use of tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs supporting AI and agent workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI models, agent frameworks such as LangGraph and Agent Harness, vector databases, and large-context reasoning services.
  • Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, state management, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and operational engineering practices.
  • Experience building AI agents that coordinate multi-step actions, reasoning, or autonomous decision-making loops.
  • Experience with React and TypeScript for agent management interfaces.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
