Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, agents, automation workflows, and intelligent applications from discovery through production.
- Build and integrate scalable AI-enabled solutions using Python, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, cloud-native services, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify processes, pain points, dependencies, and opportunities for AI and automation.
- Mentor team members on solution architecture, reusable patterns, code quality, testing, security, performance, and delivery practices.
- Manage portfolio-level execution, including timelines, ownership, dependencies, risks, adoption metrics, and stakeholder communications.
- Produce prototypes, technical documentation, dependency plans, process flows, executive presentations, adoption reports, and shared standards.
- Develop and deploy feature-rich web applications using Python and JavaScript and build applications using AI as a service.
- Mentor junior developers and improve backend development practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a hands-on delivery role such as solutions analyst, software engineer, or technical lead.
- Strong techno-functional ability to translate complex business problems into practical, scalable, and measurable technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring, prototyping, and deploying AI or automation solutions using enterprise AI platforms.
- Fluency in LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, agentic workflows, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong Python development experience building backend applications, integrations, automation scripts, and AI-enabled services.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including asynchronous request handling, performance optimization, error handling, and secure integration patterns.
- Understanding of backend systems, distributed architectures, microservices, event-driven design, domain-driven design, and cloud-native application principles.
- Hands-on AWS cloud and DevOps experience, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, ECS, RDS, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment governance.
- Ability to mentor team members, review solution designs, manage dependencies, improve delivery practices, and raise execution quality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
