Base Salary
$112k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs that follow architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance procedures.
- Ensure product development follows security and compliance best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards throughout development.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with software development lifecycle practices and DevOps principles.
- Understanding of product features, user and business impact, team domains, and technical strategy.
- Ability to collaborate across all aspects of product development and define solutions for end users.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
