Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of distributed systems for fleet growth.
- Implement high-availability patterns and observability metrics for system health.
- Define the technical roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
- Champion best practices in code quality, system design, and documentation.
- Mentor senior engineers and shape the engineering culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience at a senior level.
- Deep knowledge of concurrency, database consistency, and microservices patterns.
- Experience with post-mortems, incident management, and debugging systems.
- Proficiency in Golang (preferred) or Python in a production environment.
- Strong experience with major cloud providers and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
