Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams to clarify and finalize requirements.
- Design and develop complex backend components and services.
- Review code, contribute to design documents, and maintain high technical quality.
- Resolve technical issues, debug complex problems, and implement fixes.
- Work across different development environments and support continuous improvement.
- Research new technologies and propose product improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to data modeling and architecture discussions.
- Participate in collaborative problem-solving and cross-team communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience and preferably lead experience.
- Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and various storage solutions.
- Experience with test-driven development, debugging, and designing system components.
- Familiarity with Agile or other software development methodologies.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teammates and stakeholders from different disciplines.
