Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software and automate validation processes.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Document software solutions using reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provide project status updates, maintain MIS and reports, and support on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and collect feedback.
- Participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete skill-upgrading certifications.
