Base Salary

$200k - $245k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting Strategic and Enterprise customers.
  • Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof of value workshops.
  • Address Postman technical questions or objections and provide solutions.
  • Understand customer workflows and promote API-first development best practices.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams and advocate for customer needs.
  • Stay updated on the competitive landscape and trends in the API market.
  • Create proof of concept integrations and maintain customer sandbox environments.
  • Act as a technical intermediary between sales and other teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales/solutions engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Remote work friendly with ability to travel up to 40%.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-facing experience engaging with various levels of technologists.
  • Experience engaging senior management and executive audiences.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with Strategic customers.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and experience with API production and consumption.
  • Familiarity with modern development methodologies and DevOps.
  • Comfortable with the enterprise SaaS sales process and security concerns.
  • Experience with enterprise sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling such as IDEs, Git, CI/CD, etc.
  • Fast learner with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in presentation, verbal, and written forms.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
