Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using Java, .NET, and Python.
- Contribute to frontend development with React or Angular.
- Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Build integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, GraphQL, Kafka, and message queues.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Deploy containerized applications and support infrastructure automation with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Optimize application performance, security, maintainability, and portability.
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, product, and development teams and provide hands-on technical mentorship.
- Apply generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation practices to improve software delivery and business productivity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- Seven to twelve years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least two years as a lead developer or junior architect focused on application-heavy systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, AI modernization, integration patterns, microservices, and message queues.
- Basic AI/ML integration experience using cloud AI services or frameworks such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, cloud-native services, CI/CD, monitoring, secure coding, IAM, and encryption.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certification is preferred.
