Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, analyze system flows and data usage, and design software solutions for client needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Evaluate software and proposed system changes for operational feasibility and installation planning.
- Ensure code quality, error-free implementation, compliance with project coding norms, and complete documentation.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring while meeting release schedules and quality targets.
- Coordinate daily project status, progress tracking, reporting, and documentation with the team.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, obtain feedback, respond to customer requests, and support timely delivery.
- Document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments.
- Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces, specifications, and performance requirements.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to develop programming and software skills.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill in Quality Management.
- Experience with software design, coding, debugging, testing, validation, documentation, and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs and solutions.
- Ability to investigate problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend system or performance improvements.
- Ability to coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to prepare accurate project specifications, status reports, MIS reports, and technical documentation.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through email, calls, fault tracking, and other interactions.
- Willingness to complete training and certifications and learn new programming languages and best practices.
