Base Salary
$75k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow SPM applications and PPM solutions.
- Configure demand management workflows, intake processes, resource management, capacity planning, EAP/CWM environments, project templates, and portfolio governance processes.
- Develop custom applications, tables, business rules, script includes, workflows, Flow Designer automations, project scheduling, scoring models, dashboards, and access controls.
- Build demand, innovation, resource, financial, Agile, Lean portfolio management, and project health monitoring capabilities.
- Configure Lean SAFe implementations, Agile Release Trains, Program Increments, story mapping, backlogs, team boards, sprints, velocity tracking, dependency tracking, and planning workspaces.
- Develop integrations with ERP and accounting systems, ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other tools using data imports, exports, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Create portfolio analytics, executive dashboards, project and milestone reports, resource and capacity reports, financial analytics, predictive forecasting, KPIs, scorecards, and Performance Analytics widgets.
- Analyze and improve portfolio processes, optimize workflows, standardize practices, and automate manual work.
- Work independently on moderately complex projects and support junior team members.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM certification is required.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform and hands-on configuration of ITSM modules is required.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals, ITSM applications, ITIL processes, Service Catalog development, SLA configuration, notifications, email templates, UI policies, data policies, and ACLs.
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for business rules and client scripts.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, reporting, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM, Jira-to-ServiceNow migration, and portfolio management configuration is expected.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
