Responsibilities
- Facilitate consultative discovery and design workshops to uncover customer business requirements.
- Design a high-level Zero Trust Architecture with a phased adoption roadmap.
- Engage with customer functional teams and Zscaler partners to ensure success.
- Code-switch between CXO and IT Operations audiences.
- Adopt a consultative customer-facing persona built on executive presence.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- 15+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
- Advanced product expertise in solution development across Enterprise Architectures.
- Hands-on experience with networking and security technologies.
- Strong familiarity with NIST Zero Trust Architecture and applicable regulations.
