Responsibilities
- Own technical design and project execution for the team.
- Mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews.
- Make hands-on engineering contributions to Asana’s core product.
- Partner with Product Management and Design to define upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with other leads to steward a coordinated technical strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in large codebases.
- 1+ years of experience leading a complex project end-to-end.
- Proficient at owning and delegating technical design decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Deep commitment to fostering collaboration and psychological safety.
