Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune features across web, Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, end-to-end, build verification, and sprint sign-off testing across platforms and operating system versions.
- Configure and validate devices under Intune compliance, policy, enrollment, and identity scenarios.
- Troubleshoot test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations, and drive defect resolution with developers and SMEs.
- Improve test data generation, environment setup, automation stability, coverage, and execution pipelines.
- Use Azure DevOps for unattended and scalable test execution and provide quality reporting through Power BI and ADO Reports.
- Own QA activities and define testing strategy, quality metrics, risk identification, coverage, estimates, execution reporting, and release readiness.
- Drive resolution of critical quality issues, reduce manual errors and production defects, and represent QA in customer-facing discussions.
- Mentor test engineers and review automation architecture and implementation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SDET or test automation.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript and C#; experience with JavaScript or Python is also relevant.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, with Selenium or Appium experience as additional qualifications.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of AAD, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD and version control.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, and service-level testing.
- Preferred knowledge of PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, Wireshark, CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, Intune, Endpoint security, MDM/EMM, UEM solutions, and LLM/Copilot-assisted automation.
