Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Pega applications and enhancements within an Agile squad.
- Translate business requirements and solution designs into secure, scalable, and maintainable Pega configurations and code.
- Build and support integrations, reusable components, case management workflows, and user experiences.
- Apply Pega development, deployment, security, performance, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in code and design reviews, automated testing, release activities, and production support.
- Investigate incidents, defects, vulnerabilities, and performance issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Contribute to peer reviews, knowledge sharing, engineering guardrails, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Pega development experience delivering enterprise applications.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong understanding of Pega case management, data modeling, rules, user interface, security, and application architecture.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, services, troubleshooting, and technical trade-offs.
- Working knowledge of source control, automated testing, secure engineering practices, and software delivery processes.
- Experience with Pega Cloud, Constellation, or frameworks such as KYC/CLM, Smart Disputes/Investigate, Customer Service, or AIM.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical audiences.
