Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable supply chain software and applications across client-side and server-side architectures.
- Solve complex architecture and business problems and create extensible solutions.
- Write modular, functional, high-quality, and testable code.
- Develop APIs, databases, applications, and servers for supply chain platforms.
- Deploy applications in AWS Cloud with a high security standard.
- Test, troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and improve application responsiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to define software solutions.
- Create technical specifications and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers on design, coding, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively in a global environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
- Preferred: experience gathering requirements and communicating software features and technical designs to users, technical teams, and management.
- Experience with supply chain planning and procurement system development is a plus.
