Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new Saily product features.
- Build features supporting multi-dimensional personalization, A/B experimentation, and analytics.
- Maintain a high-quality codebase and continuously improve code and performance.
- Design and build easy-to-use, understandable APIs.
- Mentor colleagues on development best practices and provide technical guidance.
- Influence the team’s overall vision and long-range goals.
- Perform R&D operations as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed engineering, product, and design teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment.
- Proven experience working with Go.
- Strong system-design experience and understanding of appropriate architectural patterns.
- Experience with SQL solutions such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with NoSQL solutions such as Cassandra or Redis.
- Previous Kafka experience.
- Kubernetes and microservices experience is a plus.
- Strong product mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and impact.
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for working with AI agents.
