Responsibilities
- Work with engineering, IT, and infrastructure teams to secure the Cloudflare global network.
- Deploy and manage security tools to address security risks at a global scale.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to security standards.
- Secure Linux, MacOS, and Windows systems while implementing public cloud security best practices.
- Lead Proof of Concepts for new security tooling and improve security systems.
- Support the development of security frameworks for AI and Machine Learning.
- Conduct security reviews of AI models and tools to identify risks.
- Establish guardrails for the safe use of AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on securing server infrastructure.
- Strong experience with public cloud security (GCP, Azure) and securing Google Workspace.
- Programming experience in Python, Golang, or Bash.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Ability to communicate complex security requirements clearly to stakeholders.
- Understanding of Linux, Windows, and macOS systems and Endpoint Detection and Response functionalities.
