Responsibilities
- Deliver new navigation, search, and AI features for Google Maps on CarPlay.
- Work across the full stack and multiple surfaces to deliver features end to end.
- Manage the full software lifecycle and collaborate with product management and UX to define requirements.
- Design implementations for new functionality in collaboration with experienced developers.
- Lead other engineers on team projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience with iOS application development.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with large-scale application design and architecture.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
