Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers worldwide.
Work with internal and external partners to deliver top-tier products.
Build and integrate various external software and hardware into Anduril products.
Derive and communicate requirements from multiple customers and partners.

Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
At least 7+ years of experience with programming languages such as Go, Rust, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience in customer-oriented UI/UX development.
Proficient in building scalable backend software systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and software infrastructure fundamentals.
Ability to lead small teams of cross-functional engineers.
Authorization to work and reside in Japan and ability to obtain a local government security clearance.
