Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs through discovery sessions and ongoing collaboration.
- Shape the product roadmap by translating customer patterns and pain points into product requirements.
- Build solutions that validate product direction by prototyping and shipping code.
- Present to customers, demonstrating product usage and gathering real-time feedback.
- Close the feedback loop by tracking customer usage and iterating based on real-world insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Genuine enjoyment in working with customers and understanding their problems.
- Ability to identify patterns across customer conversations and prioritize product solutions.
- Deep experience building integrations with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems and expertise in AI-assisted development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge customer needs and engineering requirements.
