Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Design and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Automate software validation and investigate root causes of system issues.
- Improve system performance, availability, interfaces, and operational feasibility.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, project specifications, status reports, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
- Coordinate daily project status and progress with the team and support on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Track customer requests and faults, gather clarifications and feedback, and maintain effective customer communication.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain current programming and software development knowledge.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Analytics.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software performance.
- Ability to develop test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Customer communication, issue tracking, reporting, and business etiquette skills.
- Willingness to complete continuing education, training, and skill-upgrade certifications.
